When Tiffany Jordan began a new catering company in the US, its main goal was to create a positive experience for staff and clients. Recognizing the need to be unique, the Experiences by Tiffas team brought in the Caribbean culture.

Discover

Adev Studio have a three (3) tier structure. Each tier is geared to help a business in different aspect. Experiences by Tiffas needed to start at Tier 1. Tier 1 focuses on brand identity. We first have to develop Tiffas identity and later on move to Tier 2. Tier 2 focuses on online presence. Online presence includes website development, SEM and Google Business.

Tiffas needed to be expose to two out of our three tier system. This enable them to have a powerful brand and online presence. Next step is Tier 3 which focuses on Strategy. In 2023, Tiffas intend on getting started with Tier 3.

Guidelines

The design for Experiences by Tiffas required lots of combinations of upbeat colors to bring in vibrancy and freshness.  Another major requirement was, defining various icons’ different functionalities during the customization of stock. A lot of iterations and brainstorming helped us achieve a few clear communicating icons.

Logo

The Caribbean is a place which is very diverse. It is hard to pick just one entity to symbolise it all. We decided to take a different approach and use a text base logo. Makes sense right? If you ever met Tiffany Jordan and her family they are such a delight. You get a sense of togetherness and harmony. We wanted a logo to capture this feeling so nothing sharp or disconnected. Something that flows and stay connected hence the image you see below. Each letter is connected to each other that feeling you get from family.

As any good family they're welcoming, thus the "S" in "Tiffas" did not abruptly stopped but continue and reaching out. This extension is an invitation to all their future clients. It is much more than food it is an experience.

We're happy we were able to deliver something that captures the amazing entrepreneur life and spirit. Now she can share it with the world.

For physical entities we decided to focus on using the more subtle colors from Experiences by Tiffas color kit. We want customers to be drawn into the immaculate pictures of the food. The neutral like and dark colors are there just to add another layer to divide the content. This division helps customer understand there are different elements here.

Gamification

The application of typical elements of game playing (e.g. point scoring, competition with others, rules of play) to other areas of activity, typically as an online marketing technique to encourage engagement with a product or service. We decided to introduce gamification to Experiences by Tiffas to increase engagement and make creating an event fun rather than boring and a chore. This design a layout help simplifies things.

Website

The Art of storytelling. The structure of the website was designed to tell a story. It begins with a hero section that captures your attention. With the use of white background and stunning imagery, a customer wants to see/learn more. It is all about taking the customer on a journey. This website does just this.
